We are filled with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and joy as we reflect on our recent experiences with the Native Hawaiian Hospitality Association's (NAHHA) HO'OKIPA program and our appearance on KITV Island Life. Mahalo nui loa for being a part of this incredible journey with us!
Being selected to participate in NAHHA's HO'OKIPA event was an immense honor from the start. It's been a privilege to align ourselves with an organization dedicated to preserving and promoting the authentic spirit of Hawaiian hospitality. Through NAHHA, we've had the opportunity to not only showcase our products but also to share the stories, traditions, and values that inspire everything we do.
Appearing on KITV Island Life was a dream come true for us. It was a platform where we could share our passion, our mission, and our products with a wider audience. To be featured on such a respected and beloved show was an incredible honor—one that we will cherish forever.
We want to express our deepest gratitude to all of you who have supported us along the way. Your encouragement, enthusiasm, and aloha spirit have fueled our journey and inspired us to continue to do what we do.
As we look ahead, we are excited to continue sharing our story with all of you. Stay tuned for more behind-the-scenes sneak peeks, updates, and exciting announcements. We have so much in store, and we can't wait to share it with our amazing community.
Mahalo nui loa for your unwavering support and for being a part of our 'ohana. Together, we are spreading aloha and making a positive impact on the world.
With love and aloha!

We are grateful for the incredible turnout at the Ho'omau Market on Oahu! It was a busy and fun weekend, and we were thrilled to see so many amazing vendors and meet new friends. We would like to give a special shout-out to our first customers from Hilo on the Big Island. It was a pleasure to connect with all of the Big Island vendors who were also in attendance, and we are grateful for your support.
To everyone who came out to the market, we cannot thank you enough for your support and for allowing us to share a piece of Kumumea and the Big Island with you on Oahu. Meeting so many new people and hearing your stories was an absolute joy. We are grateful to have such a supportive village behind us that helps to make each event a success.
To those new to Kumumea, we extend a warm welcome and thank you for joining us. We look forward to what the future holds and can't wait to see what we'll bring next. In the meantime, we wish you all happy holidays from our ohana to yours. Thank you for your continued support of Kumumea, and we hope to see you again soon.

We are truly grateful for the outpouring of support from the Hilo community at the Na Makua Christmas Craft Fair. Thank you for coming out and showing your support for local families, our community, and each other. It was an honor to be a part of this event, and we feel blessed beyond words to have had the opportunity.
A special shout-out goes to my amazing team, who consistently go above and beyond to make each event a success. And to my ohana, thank you for your endless love and support. Your encouragement has allowed me to live out my dreams and pursue my passions while caring for our children. I am truly blessed to have such an incredible family by my side.
Finally, to our customers and friends, we cannot thank you enough for your loyalty and support over the past 8 years. Because of you, we have been able to share our life story, with all its ups and downs, through our products. From the bottom of our hearts, mahalo for loving what we do and allowing us to be a part of your journey.
We look forward to continuing to serve and connect with you in the years to come.

It was 3 years ago when I made the decision to extend our home for my business. I didn’t know where to start, so I began asking friends and family what was needed and how much it would cost. With the help of many people we began construction in March 2021. What was suppose to take 3 months took 8. We had to deal with a shortage of supplies which increased the cost and delayed the work. It was not easy and many times I wanted to stop, but I understood that if I stopped I would never reach my goal.
At the end I’m proud of what we’ve built and so excited to show you all the new things we’re working on.

She's doing better, but is still fighting the good fight. However, the financial burden is one that can be quite overwhelming for anyone. So we asked her to design a shirt the represented her journey through cancer. We call this design, "liko ka liko" which means to come fourth and open. Her journey has been one with many challenges, however she has risen and come fourth through it all and blossomed into her new life. One filled with greater meaning and purpose.
For every shirt purchased 100 % of the profits has been donated to her in hopes this helps to minimize the medical financial hardship.
]]>It took 3 years but we did it. The best thing about it, was it was a first of many; first time in a airplane, first time off the island, first time to the mainland, first time to Disneyland (as well as the other amusement parks), and our twins turned 9 on this trip. We also got to share this experience with our amazing friends. They made this trip so much more fun and memorable.
As I reflect on my trip and think what it took to get us there I am reminded anything is possible when you believe. My journey as a survivor has taught me not only how to survive but how to live. Live a life that brings meaning and value to it everyday, small or big for life is too short to sweat the small stuff, even though I do everyday...lol. I’m still working on this one!
Mahalo to all of my amazing Kumumea supporters for making this possible, words can’t express how grateful I am to be able to do what I do and share it with all of you. From our ohana to all of you mahalo nui loa!
